Cancel before then, in Settings, and nothing is charged. During the trial, spreadsheets are capped at 2; the rest of the plan is fully available.

Yes, from the dashboard. Upgrades (a bigger plan, or monthly to yearly) happen right away: you pay only the difference until the next charge. Moving to a smaller plan takes effect at the next charge. During the free trial, changes apply right away, with no charge.

Yes, on Pro and Business: each extra team member costs R$50 a month (R$600 a year on the annual plan), on the card subscription. Choose how many at checkout, or add and remove them later in Settings — someone added mid-period only pays for the days left, and someone removed stops being charged from the next billing.
